What are you doing New Year's Eve?

This New Year's Eve, just like last year, I went to the restaurant and hung out in the kitchen with the family, taking pictures and eating the occasional dish. This one was one of my favorites:
pan-seared Galician diver scallop with an Iberian ham chip over a Jerusalem artichoke purée and a sweet onion reduction.

Oh, and the wine wasn't bad, either.
